Returns / Exchange Policy and Conditions
We gladly accept returns and exchanges that are requested within 7 days of the delivery date. There may be some items where this policy does not apply such as clearance items which are final sale. Check the individual product description for any special notations that the return/exchange policy does not apply to.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments that the customer sends back to us. If it is an exchange we will pay the shipping costs back to you for the replacement item. If an exchange shipment from us back to you becomes lost (after 10 days of inactivity from the parcel carrier) we will send a replacement order free of charge.
*If you live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area we are happy to personally pickup your return item(s) and deliver your exchanged item(s) free of charge. Please send us a message to verify you are in the zip code zone where this service is offered. If you live outside of this area or you choose to send us the return item back via a method of your choice the cost of shipping the items back to us is at the customer's expense.
To arrange a return or exchange please go to the customer service link at the bottom of the homepage and fill out the form and include your order#, a description of the issue and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange in the body of he message. We will respond back within 24 hours with an RA# and address where to send the product. Once we receive the return items we will process your request within 24 hours.
